The Los Angeles Lakers were the largest beneficiaries of the NBA Draft lottery, as they swapped places with the New York Knicks, and will select second in this year’s draft. And with a team that figures to have an open competition at almost every position, the Lakers have to be salivating at all the options they will have at the No. 2 slot.
With so much flexibility and room for improvement, the Lakers should have no trouble finding pieces that fit into what they want moving forward.
