With roughly three weeks until the 2015 NBA Draft, we take a look at how the first round might play out with our NBA Mock Draft 2.0
The 2015 NBA Draft will feature a slew of future NBA players and hopefully a few All-Stars taken, and the hype is getting too real. Fans of teams with high picks are already beginning to sweat the draft, as teams like the Lakers, Knicks, Sixers, and Timberwolves will be looking for a future face of the franchise (although Embiid and Wiggins will probably have pretty tight grips on the face of their teams).

The NBA draft has produced a few great teams recently, like the Thunder, Spurs, Pacers, and Jazz, who have all used the draft to build up some pretty solid teams. So a lot hinges on the draft, if used correctly. Franchise players are taken in the draft every year, and grabbing one of them will be more important than ever.
In 2016, almost every team will have cap space with the rising salary cap, thanks to the new TV deal. Hence, there could be some high bidding in free agency the next two years, with teams being able to max out on the cap this year and still have room for more high quality free agents next year.
With nearly all the money going out to top tier free agents, rookies will not only be a valuable consolation prize, but also a great form of cheap labor. With that being said, here’s a look at the first round of the NBA draft and what your favorite team could do.
