13. Phoenix Suns: Myles Turner, Texas

Myles Turner packs a rare combination of size, shooting and shot blocking into a 7 foot frame. That being said, he’s also extremely raw and a project player at this point. 2 years ago we saw the Suns draft a similar project in Alex Len, so it’s not out of the question to think they might take a gamble on Turner as well.

14. Oklahoma City Thunder: Kelly Oubre, Kansas

Kelly Oubre is another raw but promising prospect that remains in the lottery mix, due to his superb athleticism, length and a killer outside shot. The Thunder may not necessarily need a wing at the moment, but investing in Oubre could pay off if he develops into a solid contributor.

15. Atlanta Hawks: Sam Dekker, Wisconsin

Even if the Hawks retain DeMarre Carroll in free agency, drafting a versatile forward like Sam Dekker wouldn’t be a bad idea. As of now, there’s not a ton of depth at either forward position, so Dekker could come in and immediately serve as a rotational piece or sixth man.
