17. Phoenix Suns

Starting Five: Brandon Knight, Eric Bledsoe, P.J. Tucker, Mirza Teletovic, Tyson Chandler

Starting Five Rating: 17

The Phoenix Suns did a really good job of retooling into a 9th or 10th seed in the Western Conference after getting rid of Goran Dragic and Isaiah Thomas. They seem to do a really good job of maintaining an OK, but not good enough team.

In this ranking, I also assumed that Markieff Morris wouldn’t be on this team when the season opens. Which is actually why the Suns came in at 17 and not higher.

Phoenix probably won’t be a playoff team this season and, as always, will be a player or two a way from being real players in the West.
