James Harden will win the NBA MVP

It it weren’t for an insane season from Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors, James Harden would’ve won the 2015 NBA MVP. In fact, there were the few outliers that did believe Harden should have took home the honor.

Nevertheless, with a new chip on his shoulder, and a more than capable team, Harden looks to regain what he believes was rightfully his – the NBA’s MVP award. And I believe he’ll accomplish that feat.

With voter exhaustion hurting LeBron James and Stephen Curry unlikely to follow up the near perfection of a season he had a year ago, the MVP award will be there for the taking. If Harden can build off his 27-point, seven-assist and six-rebound per game season he had a year ago, he’ll definitely be in contention for the NBA’s most prestigious individual award.
