2. San Antonio Spurs (1-0)

Gregg Popovich, if he wanted to, could probably actually get away with resting his starters for the team’s first round playoff series against the Memphis Grizzlies. But, because he’s respectful, will probably never do such thing.

Good on him.

With that said, the San Antonio Spurs are still going to wreck the Grizzlies in four games. He’s not that nice. And we saw just the beginning of that in their Game 1 32-point derailing of Memphis. The good thing is that Pop could actually play his guys minimal minutes and even experiment to a certain extent with a few different lineups.

The Spurs are probably going to sweep the Grizzlies. It’s going to be quick and painless. Must be good to be the Spurs right now.
