Game of Runs

This game can ultimately be defined in two runs that were made by the Atlanta Hawks. During the second quarter, Kent Bazemore decided to take matter into his own hands as he hoisted and connected on three straight three-point field goals propelling Atlanta’s lead up to 11.

On the night, Bazemore finished with 16 points with four 3’s.

The fun did not stop there, though. During the third quarter, the Hawks proceeded to go on a 14-1 run only interrupted by a Isaiah Thomas free throw, which all but put the game out of reach for the Hawks.

These two runs pretty much shaped the entire game, and without these two combined 23-1 run. the Celtics may have had a chance to steal Game 5 on the road.
