The Warriors won the 2016-17 NBA Championship in the offseason

As much as we often like to say that you can’t win anything in June and July, when pertaining to the NBA, the Golden State Warriors are the exception. That’s because, they just won the 2016-17 NBA Championship.

Coming off a record-breaking offseason, and then a somewhat disappointing showing in the NBA Finals, the Warriors entered the summer with high expectations – perhaps almost impossible ones.

In the matter of two weeks after losing the NBA Championship, the Warriors managed to improve significantly – if that was even possible – thanks to the addition of Kevin Durant.

Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, KD, Draymond Green and (insert literally any center, heck even a fan) – who’s beating this team four out of seven times in a series? Barring injury, no one will.
