Miami Heat

Biggest Hole: Lead Man

The Miami Heat lost Dwyane Wade, Joe Johnson and Luol Deng. Bigger than all, though, the loss of Wade will probably end up hurting the most.

The talent, experience, stability – the Heat will miss it all with Wade now in Chicago. Even more-so if Chris Bosh can’t return from injury. The Heat will be without a true lead man this season, assuming that Bosh is not ready to return to the court.

Is Goran Dragic ready to lead the way? Who knows? Plus, he might not even be on this team for the entire season. Miami is going to rely on a ton of young guys, sprinkled with Hassan Whiteside. Is Justise Winslow ready to make the next jump in his game? The Heat are hoping so.
