Milwaukee Bucks

Ray Allen returning to the place where it all started for him would be quite the story. Let’s also not read over the fact that the Milwaukee Bucks would also greatly benefit from having another good-to-great shooter on the roster.

Additionally, Allen would be able to help mentor and guide this young core. Heck, Allen would only be two years younger than his head coach (Jason Kidd). This move would be the ultimate feel-good story for both Allen and the Bucks. It would also be a nice consolation prize for Milwaukee after missing out on Dwyane Wade earlier this summer.

With all that said, I have a hard time believing that Allen would put his his 41-year-old body through the grind of an NBA season to sign with a team that may or may not make the playoffs. I could very well be wrong, but he’s going to have to prove it until I believe it.
