8. Jonas Valanciunas, Toronto Raptors

Counting Stats: 12.8 points, 9.1 rebounds

PER: 22.6

WS: 6.9

VORP: 1.2

Jonas Valanciunas had a bit of a coming out party during the playoffs this past season, mostly because no one watches Toronto Raptors basketball during the regular season. Nevertheless, one thing is clear: Jonas V has arrived.

During their playoff series against the Indiana Pacers, Valanciunas often looked like the best player on the floor for the Raptors. Against the Heat, he looked like the best player on the floor period in the short time he did play (before injury). While he still has a ways to go on the defensive end, his offensive game has progressed well over the last couple seasons.

Keep in mind, Jonas V is only 24 years old. His future is as bright as any player on this list.
