5. Andre Drummond, Detroit Pistons

Counting Stats: 16.2 points, 14.8 rebounds

PER: 21.2

WS: 7.4

VORP: 1.0

I know I’m going to get a ton of angry Detroit Pistons fans for this, but the good news is that Andre Drummond just turned 23 years old and has his best basketball in front of him. He’s only going to get better and will fly up this list, potentially by the end of this season.

For right now, though, I could’ve put Drummond any higher than five. Yes, I know. He probably has the most potential on this list. With that said, he’s still extremely raw. And that’s the biggest thing with him. He needs to develop – especially on the offensive end.

Even though he averaged an impressive 16 points per contest last season, that was mostly on putbacks or dunks. Drummond has a ton of  talent and when he makes that eventual jump on the offensive end, watch out.
