NBA: Power Ranking Each Team’s Starting Five Entering 2016-17
29. Brooklyn Nets
Projected Starting Five: Jeremy Lin, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, Bojan Bogdanovic, Trevor Booker, Brook Lopez
Woof. Where do I begin?
Bless the Brooklyn Nets and their fans; they simply don’t have enough talent to compete on a night-to-night basis in the NBA. If it weren’t for Brook Lopez, this team would probably be the worst starting five on paper.
While adding Jeremy Lin as the team’s starting point guard will help, he’s not a game-changer. Maybe Hollis-Jefferson develops into a really good player? I honestly don’t know how to make this into a positive spin.
