Johannes Voigtmann (age 24)

Stats: 9.3 points, 6.6 rebounds (Liga ACB/Euroleague)

Johannes Voigtmann is a new entry in the Euroleague main stage. He was playing in second tier leagues until Baskonia gave him a chance and a spot in their roster. The gamble paid off immediately as the German native is producing 10 points, five rebounds and two assists per game in 22 minutes of playing time.

The 7-foot forward combines muscles and aggression with an arsenal of low post moves and a sweet outside shot, evidenced by his 33 percent accuracy.

Although he is yet to show consistency in the top level, his skill set is coveted in today’s NBA. A team in need of outside shooting and solid fundamentals will take the low risk of offering Voigtmann a chance and a contract.

NBA Fits: Memphis Grizzlies, Indiana Pacers, Orlando Magic
