13. Denver Nuggets – Luke Kennard, G, Duke

GM: Dylan Huberman; Twitter: @Dylan_Huberman

Selecting Luke Kennard here was not a difficult choice for the Denver Nuggets at No. 13.

Kennard proved that he was an elite scorer in his final season with the Duke Blue Devils. Not only did he drop 19.5 points per game but he scored quite efficiently: he shot 48.9 percent from the field (just a tad below half of his shots) and knocked down 43.8% of his threes.

Numbers like that will result in a mid-first selection and an opportunity to contribute immediatley. Denver needs a guy who can hit shots when it counts. Kennard is their man.
