30. Chicago Bulls

I don’t think anyone would argue with the premise that the Chicago Bulls – as long as Zach LaVine is out with an injury – carries the worst roster in the NBA.

And right now, their record is pretty much in line with that line of thinking. The good news is that the Bulls do have some good going for them with Lauri Markkanen, who is making a strong case for NBA Rookie of the Year consideration.

When LaVine returns, this team is going to be an interesting watch. Until then, it’s rough watching this team for four quarters. I almost feel bad for Chicago Bulls fans. Almost.
