Boston Celtics

What to be thankful for: Danny Ainge

The great thing about the Boston Celtics is that they’re arguably the best young team in the NBA, and best current team in the East. That’s pretty amazing, to say the least. And a big part of the reason why the Celtics are one of the hottest teams in the NBA is because of Danny Ainge.

Ainge is arguably the smartest man in any NBA front office right now. Not only did he have the foresight to predict what trading for Kyrie Irving would do for his team (even after losing Gordon Hayward), but he traded DOWN and still got arguably the best player (Jayson Tatum) in the 2017 NBA Draft.

Danny Ainge is on fire right now.
