2018 NBA Mock Draft 2.0: Michael Porter Jr., DeAndre Ayton top the class
By Connor Harr
7. Memphis Grizzlies: Miles Bridges SF/PF Michigan State
Big Board Rank: 8
I really wanted to put Colin Sexton here, but the Grizzlies desperately need somebody that can score the ball. They are the other team that doesn’t score 100 points a game. Also, the Grizzlies only have 3 players averaging double digits points this year. One of those three is Mike Conley who only played 12 games this season.
The Grizzlies select Miles Bridges and use him as a matchup nightmare offensively at the stretch four. Bridges proved this season at Michigan State that his jump shot was legit, and combining that with his explosive leaping ability, Mike Conley should be salivating over the thought of his two man game with Miles.
