6. Devin Booker, Phoenix Suns

Here come the haters. No, Devin Booker isn’t on this list because he put up 70 points in a game. Although, that was amazing.

Devin Booker is roughly averaging twenty-five points per game this year, and he recently turned 21. Incredible. Yes, does he need to do more for his team in terms of … everything else besides scoring?

Of course, but the upside and ceiling for Booker is way too high for me to leave him out of the top 10. Plus, he’s on the Suns, he’s arguably the best player there since Steve Nash.

Player comp here would be Tracy McGrady as the ceiling and Jason Richardson as the floor. Not bad at all.
