4. Donovan Mitchell, Utah Jazz

Age: 21

Stats: 20.5 points, 3.7 rebounds, 3.7 assists

Donovan Mitchell is an absolute beast. The Utah Jazz didn’t seem to miss a beat after losing Gordon Hayward to the Boston Celtics via free agency last summer, and the biggest reason why was Mitchell.

He helped take the team to the Western Conference Semifinals, before losing to the Houston Rockets. He has the city buzzing and has all the potential to be the best player that has ever put on a Jazz uniform. Perhaps I’m getting a little ahead of myself, but that’s how high I’m on the young guard.

Mitchell has drawn comparisons to Dwyane Wade and when you watch him, it’s easy to see why. He’s dynamic, can score from roughly anywhere on the floor and is the ultimate competitor.
