It’s no surprise to see the Washington Wizards on this list, as they have been one of the biggest disappointments this year and over the past couple of seasons. However, with the talent that they have on the roster, and to see them somewhat blow it all up after an injury to John Wall, you can’t help but be a bit surprised by their disappointment this season.

The Wizards are headed into a somewhat of an unknown this off-season, and it’s going to be interesting to see not only who they hire to lead this team into the future, but also what corresponding moves will come with it.

Will this team try to trade Wall? Will they try to move Bradley Beal? Will they decide to make a few more firings?
