Victor Oladipo, Indiana Pacers
Victor Oladipo is an interesting name to watch this season. Even though the Indiana Pacers arguably had one of the best offseasons thus far – adding Malcolm Brogdon, TJ Warren, and Jeremy Lamb – Indiana, at best, is probably just the third-best team in the East.
Even then, that’s assuming Oladipo returns sooner rather than later. The Pacers are likely a 4 or 5 seed this year, Oladipo has just two years remaining on his deal. If the Pacers get off to a slow start, or the team doesn’t play to their potential this season, Oladipo could be a player that could try to force his way out of Indiana.
Like Booker, we’re probably at least a year out away from Oladipo making such a move. Think he’ll give the Pacers at least this season. Plus, he’s not 100 percent healthy at the moment.
