28. Cleveland Cavaliers

Heading into the 2020-21 season, the No. 1 goal for the Cleveland Cavaliers will be developing their young talent. With a solid young core of Collin Sexton, Darius Garland, and now Isaac Okoro, the Cavs appear to be in good hands.

The Cavs have the chance to be better this season, but might still be a year or two away from being a playoff contender in the Eastern Conference.

27. Sacramento Kings

Even though the Sacramento Kings found themselves in the midst of the playoff race in the Western Conference last season, I believe that we’re going to see this franchise take another step back this season.

The decision to let Bogdan Bogdanovic walk was confusing, though you’d have to assume drafting Tyrese Haliburton had something to do with it. I still don’t understand what Sacramento is trying to do, but I guess you have to trust their process?
