NBA Draft: Ideal team fits for the top 10 prospects in the 2021 class
NBA Draft fits: 3. Jalen Suggs, G, Gonzaga
Ideal landing spot: Houston Rockets
Jalen Suggs is coming off a fantastic freshman season at Gonzaga and even though he fell short of a perfect season and winning an NCAA Championship, he is set up for a great future at the next level in the NBA. And a great landing spot for Suggs is the Houston Rockets.
After being forced to trade James Harden earlier this year, the Rockets need a new face of the franchise and a guard that could help create on the offensive end and carry some of the load to help Christian Wood. Suggs fits the mold, almost perfectly.
Suggs is a great all-around prospect. He’s a good playmaker, scorer, defender, and is athletic. There aren’t many holes in his game and expects to translate well to the NBA. He has the talent to be an all-star and could help bring the Rockets back to relevance.
Suggs would be a great addition for a team that is at the precipice of a complete rebuild.
