NBA: 5 big overreactions at the one-month mark of the season

The Golden State Warriors are going to win the championship

The Golden State Warriors currently have the best record in the NBA. Through the first month of the season, I’m not sure if that’s something many expected to be the case this year – especially considering that Klay Thompson nor James Wiseman have played a minute for the team.

Nevertheless, the Warriors are still one of the best teams in the league. And, as expected, Stephen Curry is a big reason why. He’s playing at an MVP level again and has the Warriors playing with purpose and intrigue.

Even though they’ve pretty much been operating under the radar for much of the season, it’s time to start paying attention to what this team has done thus far this season. In fact, I don’t think it’s outlandish to say that the Warriors are going to win the championship this season.

It’s one of the overreactions that perhaps doesn’t seem as silly and one that might age better and better as this team gets healthier and healthier.
