30. Houston Rockets

It’s been a rough season overall for the Houston Rockets but this is a team that is only going to get better – assuming that their young players will blossom. They have a young core and one to be excited about, but a No. 1 has yet to separate himself from the rest of the pack. Until that happens, I’m not sure how you can feel exceptionally great about their potential moving forward.

29. New Orleans Pelicans

I’m not even sure where to begin when it comes to the New Orleans Pelicans. I don’t know what to believe when it comes to Zion Williamson as it seems like every news bit that comes out is less and less flattering.

It’s even bleaker for the Pelicans when it comes to their on-the-court situation as this team has clearly taken a step back from last season.
