28. Detroit Pistons

For being the No. 1 overall pick, there are concerns starting to grow around Cade Cunningham. He hasn’t looked like a true top pick and is especially struggling with his efficiency on the offensive end. It’s only been 10 games and the hope is that he’s going to improve with more repetitions and minutes, but the Pistons can’t afford for Cunningham to be a whiff.

27. Orlando Magic

The Orlando Magic may not be winning many games, but they’re beginning to see a potential star bloom in Cole Anthony. He’s been the best and most consistent player for the Magic this season, averaging 20 points, seven rebounds, and six assists per game this season on 42 percent shooting from the field and 37 percent shooting from 3-point range.

Even though Jalen Suggs has struggled to a certain extent this season, it’s encouraging to see Anthony have this type of impact this season.
