NBA Trade Rumors: Predicting most likely trade candidates on all 30 teams
Dallas Mavericks
Trade candidate: Tim Hardaway Jr.
Tim Hardaway Jr. is the third-highest-paid player currently on the Dallas Mavericks only behind Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving. He has struggled with shooting as of late as well as injuries along the way. The team also seems to believe Josh Green is the wing they want to pair with their star guard duo moving forward moving Hardaway Jr. to the bench.
While he does have his moments at times, he and the team could potentially work together to find a place where he can play his game to the best of his ability.
Denver Nuggets
Trade candidate: Zeke Nnaji
The Denver Nuggets have a set core of guys that have proven can win together and they want to keep around. Zeke Nnaji might end up being the most likely guy to be traded on this team. Nnaji is entering his 4th season after being drafted 22nd overall in the 2020 NBA Draft. He has shown some flashes in games where Nikola Jokic or Aaron Gordon have missed but that’s about it.
Nnaji will be a restricted free agent after this season in which case he may look to find minutes elsewhere. If another team sees potential in him there could be a trade out there for the Nuggets to pursue.
