20. Oklahoma City Thunder (9-12)

The Oklahoma City Thunder have been relatively quiet this season, and are still anchored by the Chris Paul situation. However, they’re playing some really solid basketball right now. They’re currently only one game out of the final playoff spot in the West and will be an intriguing team to keep an eye on down the stretch.

Plus, this is also a team that could be active in the trade market – and not only as a seller. This team has a myriad of assets and a general manager that has proved time and time again that he isn’t afraid to pull the trigger.

19. Detroit Pistons (9-14)

The Detroit Pistons have the look of a team that is stuck in NBA purgatory. They aren’t good enough where you could legitimately see them make any noise in the Eastern Conference, and aren’t bad enough to where they could get a high pick in the NBA Draft Lottery (even if they wanted to).

But, the question is, what should the Pistons do? Should they be sellers? Buyers? Just continue down this road and re-sign Andre Drummond in the offseason?
