NBA: Grading every team’s 2022 offseason through the draft, free agency

Notable moves: Drafted Shaedon Sharpe, acquired Jerami Grant 

The Portland Trail Blazers have already begun a full retooling of the team and the big move of the offseason revolved around acquiring Jerami Grant from the Detroit Pistons. The big question, of course, is how much of an impact the move will actually have on the team.

The good news is that Damian Lillard is also finally healthy. He had surgery and says he should be ready to go for the start of the season. With a healthy Lillard, a re-signed Anfernee Simons, Jusuf Nurkic, and Grant, it should be interesting to see how high this team could rise.

I’m not sure if the Blazers are even a playoff team at the moment but with Dame on the team, I’m not sure it’s smart to count them out either. Still, it feels like there is still a move to be made.
